Disclaimer

Please note that I never (never) receive any financial incentive to write positive reviews or to skip flaws. I never did in my whole career and I never will. I do accept free products, but I try not to let this influence my opinion as humanly as possible. Manufacturers, distributors or shops who send me gear do it on the condition that I am free to write a honest, unbiased review – which also includes writing negative things on products or exposing their flaws. My desire as a consumer is to read reviews that expose both good and bad things about products. A good review is one that gives the reader a complete picture of the product, so I cannot guarantee that my reviews will be positive (though I guarantee that I will report any possible flaw before publication to keep things fair).

All the images, names and trademarks used in this blog are published according to the “fair use” doctrine of copyright law for non-commercial news reporting. No infringement is intended. Soundphile Review complies with takedown notices. If you would like to file a takedown notice, please use the contact form.

As per the Italian law, I declare this blog is not a newspaper nor it intends to be, as it is a personal blog with no regularity in the publishing activity.

You may see tracking links pointing to shops in reviews and other posts. Those links do track you and record sales, and I am affiliated with some shops (e.g. Amazon) so I do earn something from your purchase at no additional cost to you. While Soundphile Review is a blog run for fun and out of passion, hosting is quite expensive so I try to recoup some of that cost.

If you post a comment, you do it on the condition that you are responsible for its contents. You also accept that the comment may be deleted without notice and without any further explanation. Any comment that is considered inappropriate will be deleted and you may be banned from posting other comments. You are required to write comments in English; comments in other languages will be deleted. This is to keep comments relevant for everyone and not just a subset of the readers.
